Not sure. You could probably notify the police to the matter.

Is this something that family allows to go on often or was it a one time event? If the parents are habitually allowing underage kids to drink in their home then I would either let it go and make sure your children do not attend anything they ever do agian or keep your eyes and ears open and call the police the next time you know a party is going on and underagers are drinking.

I would send an unsigned letter to parents, notifing them of your concern, I'm sure yours were not the only underage kids there. Parents throwing booze parties do get arrested & jail time for giving minors beer. If it happens after that, call the police at the next party, & tell them under age is drinking,, they do not need to know you made the call, & this will definitely scare your kids. I would also check with cops to see if this is a record that would go on your kids' file, first .

Were the parents aware that their kids were throwing this party? If not, the responsibility falls on the kids. It's not the parents fault that there kids had a party with alcohal if they weren't notified. You could contact the police if there's another party.

I think the best thing you could do as a parent, is talk with your kids about the dangers of drinking and about how parties where it's taking place at aren't good places to be. And of course, that you never have to drink to be "cool". I'm sure your kids already know this, but sometimes its good to remind them. Sometimes, its exactly what they need to hear.

I would first let the parents know because they could be out of town and not know that their kids are throwing parties. To just call the police is not right cause the parents may not know now if the parents are there then they need to be told to not let this go on or there will be some calling to the police. Kids like to get the older kids to get the drink and wait till the parents go out of town so be careful cause it is a bad thing to be arrested for this and they need a chance to know what is going on in their home. If they say well mind your own biz then call and make sure its followed through.

If the parents are allowing parties and drinking for under age children then you need to call the police department and report it.
