Signing off parental rights

I live in canada adopted a child 13 years ago with my then wife and i want to sign off my rights or nullify the adoption what do i do

You can go to the county court and relinquish your rights.

You would need to contact an attorney in canada if that is where you reside. However if you adopted the child then I would think that you are esponiable until the age of 18. Being it is in canada laws could be completely different. If your ex wife will allow you to sigh off your rights then that might be possible.
