My parakeet has thread around his foot i cant get it off and his foot has changed colors what should i do?
We have 4 runner ducks as well as one Peking, all females. The Peking is the first one we noticed doing a sort of panting. It's body/chest also looks like it is contracting. This has been constant for weeks....
