Can you revive a dead bird egg?

I found an unbroken bird egg on my driveway, and I'm pretty sure it died. I searched the internet, and couldn't find whether of not I could bring it back. So does anyone you think I can "bring it back to life?"

Sadly it is unlikely. Once it has been without the warmth of its mother to maintain a warm environment you can. The egg is cold and whatever was going on inside it died
