Yes, she can, and cats often do. As I suggested before, you may want to see your vet about schedualing a C-Section/spay. This is a common procedure in cats who's owners do not want to abort the litter. Of course your vet can spay your cat now, aborting the kittens, and this is also a common procedure. If you opt to go for natural birth, make very sure you don't let mom outside until the kittens are 4-6 weeks old and you have mom spayed.
