Vaginal bleeding in animals is generally attributed to the animal entering estrus (going into heat). If your cat has never been spayed this could be what is causing it. If she has been spayed then it is imperative for you to take her to your veterinarian or animal emergency clinic.
Spayed or not - she really should be seen by a veterinarian.
