Yes, these are reputably good family dogs. They're social with other animals and children, and they're willing to endure the rough play that small kids might try with them. They're very intelligent, so they are careful and can be trained well. This is a good choice.

YES, they are such good dogs for children. They are the sweetest dogs but are most protective of their owners. They will tolerate alot from kids. They can be very high strung, and need alot of attention, but your kids will love them so I'm sure that won't be a problem.
