No they cannot. take your dog to the vet and let the vet give you something. she will probably have a hard time pooping it out.

Actually, the “rawhide” chew toys sold widely at every pet and retail store are, in fact, a form of leather. Dogs love to chew on them, as well, but they are not any better for your dog. Rawhide is a thinner grade of leather, but leather nonetheless. It is important for a dog not to be able to chew off and swallow large pieces as this may cause vomiting and/or diarrhea.
