No way , dogs and people arent nearly related genetically , a monkey might.

Sometimes yes, actually. We can get some things from each other but most things, like most diseases, no.


Ask a veterinarian and he/she will be able to clarify this for you and give correct example of things, as well as current information as it is part of their job to be updated on things like this to give you the most accurate answers :-)
