Dogs heat cycle

does a dog come in heat the same time starting from the fiest day are would you start from when they stoped

The heat starts by bleeding, when the dog is bleeding she will not mate till about day 9th. Heres a site where you will find more info

Count from the first day that she started bleeding. 14 days after that, the dame goes into what is called "standing heat" this is the small window when she will allow males to mate with her. She will back up to the male and her tail will stand straight up.
