How can I find a list of research labs?

My dog has been missing for about 6 mos. We were told that sometimes they are sold to research labs and we are offering a very large reward no questions asked. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

First of all, I am very sorry that your dog has been missing. It is a horrible thing to go through. I hope that he or she did not go the way of a laboratory. However, I've just looked this up. Maybe it's a starting point. Try contacting the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science in Memphis, TN.

I'm sorry that your dog has gone missing, but it is very unlikely that it would have been sold to a research lab. The majority of labs that use animals follow strict government regulations that include animal history. I'm sure if you contacted PETA, they may be able to help you with a list, as I'm sure they have that information on-hand, but as I said, very unlikely your animal ended up in research.
