How to prevent parvo infection of other dogs in household?

We have a 8 mo old chihuahua that we recently adopted. We had not had her shots done yet and over this past weekend she became sick and was diagnosed today with Parvo. We are treating her with IV fluids, anitibiotics and anti-nausea meds and she will be home at night and back at the vet hospital for the next 3 days during the days to be observed and treated. We are beginning the process of disinfecting everything to try to prevent it from spreading. However, my daughter and her husband have a dog that isn't vaccinated yet and are living with us. We are planning to vaccinate him immediately, however, are wondering what we can do to try to prevent him from contracting it. They were told that he was vaccinated partially when they got him 2 months ago, but have no idea what that means. So right now I don't know if he is a carrier and gave this to our dog or is in danger of contracting it himself. Any advice?
