My dads germen shepard wolf mix is very sick

She cant eat or drink anything. she is throwing up everything. she cant walk and she is in so much pain. two puppies one from the first litter and one from the secound died with the same symptoms. if you know anything please help!

Do you feed your dogs table scraps or human food? Another thing to check, do you have any mouse or rodent poison that your dog could have gotten into? Finally, has your dog been to the vet for regualr shots or checked for heart worms?... I would take your dog to the vet so that it can get better soon,
