My puppies cant get to theyre moms milk and shes a brand new mom too, what should i do?

My australian cattle dog just had puppies for the first time. there are nine of them and they cant seem the get to her nipples. i have no idea what to do.

Gently hold har down and let them drink their fill... eventually she'll get used to it and let them nurse
