My puppy ate some glass

I had some cheese dip in a glass bowl and left on counter my puppie nocked in on floor and busted the glass then proceeded to lick clean. he threw up next morning with a piece of glass size of a nickle. what to do?

Was there any blood? I would take the puppy in or at least call the vet and ask. Is the piece they threw up the only missing piece? Hope the puppy will be ok. But again call the vet asap
