Serum Albumin is used medicaly as a dilutant, or blocking agent when performing certain types of lab test. Vancomycin can raise Serum Albumin level so should be used carefully in patients with kidney disease. Clavamox, amoxicillin, and Tyland, do not contain Serum Albumin, and are not known to raise significantly raise Serum Albumin levels.

Sorry, I noticed I spelled Tylan, "tyland" and by the way, while it is used as an antibiotic in some livestock, it is generally used in dogs to for it's anti-inflamatory action on the large iintestine rather than for its ability to fight infection.
