To put it as basicly as posible
1/3 of puppys will have all of the good traits, health ,smarts ect
1/3 will have the bad traits, health ,smarts ect
1/3 will be normal, health ,smarts ect

Inbred puppies can have a much higher risk for birth defects and being stillborn. It's a bad idea to inbred puppies which is why if you have males and females living in the same house they should be spayed and neutered.
