Well a Pomeranian normally sheds quite a bit. A Shih Tzu hardly sheds at all (Therefore people call it "non-shedding" but it still sheds, just doesn't show as much until you brush it out). So a mix of something that sheds a lot and something that sheds very little means you can get any possible mix of results.
The mix could shed a lot like the Pom. It might shed very little like the Shih Tzu. Or, it might have a medium amount. Any result is possible as that is what happens with genes :-) Can get or bad or a mix of both.
