My dachaund is sick and i cant seem to get the right help

He was seen bt two vets and he is still suffering from infection between all his back toes. One vet did due blood work and found he had a thyroid problem and is now on medication. i his hair has fallen out alot,he has a bad looking pathy area under is top left foot, and he is draining from his nose alot and now seems tobe developing black spots where the blisterry skin was. i have used peroxide,foot fungal cream,solarcaine. is the solarcaine dangerous to hiom? could any one out there helpme with any ideas about my favorite little dog oscar?
