My dog is having trouble standing

She threw up then we noticed she cant stand without falling over or colapsing agressive but then will run around when standing still seems to have a hard time standing

It sounds like your animal needs to be seen by a professional it could be a simple fix but then again if left untreated it could turn into an expensive problem. GOOD LUCK
