Our dog is vomiting, coughing, not eating ...

Last night our 3 year old Pomeranian threw up several times, mostly clear to light brown mucous-y fluid. Getting home this afternoon, we find her coughing. She does not act normal, just lays there looking scared. Her eyes look like she is sad, with a little goopiness around the eyes. She does not seem to be eating or drinking. Will this wait until Monday when the vet opens ... or do we need to get emergency care now? Thank you.

Personally, I would call the Vet. that is on call at your clinic. They usually have someone on call and they can let you know if it can wait until Monday and if so, may have some suggestions of what you may try to ease your dog.
