Scratching and scabs
I have a miniatur shih tzu scratching herself and developing scabs since she is born. she is 10 mounths . Once the scabs heals some more develop, specialy in the neck.She had several cutane tests,no problem detect. She had savaral cream and shampoo,2 treatements of antibiotic but no progres. It is not contagius , I have an other shih tzu and no problem. She has no other healt problem and very playful. What can I do with that
