You do not see this any other type of day? Are these full bodie tremors, or are they localized to one area? Is your dog also making noises during the tremors? An answer to these questions will help me to further understand the problem.

In my opinion this is normal behavior. When dogs and cats sleep they have dreams of running and this can carry over into actual motion of the sleeping animal.
