What's wrong with my cat , could she die?

My cat is vomiting, pooping and peeing and laying in it, panting , crying, having a hard time moving, and pupils are not very responsive.

Please take your cat to the Vet immediatly. Many things can be at work here including seizures and stroke.

My cat died on the way to the vet. Unfortunately I don't have the money to pay a vet to find out why. Does anyone have any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated., as it happened so fast.
