When should we take our dog to the vet

We have a 3pound yorkie she has had her shots about 2.5 weeks ago developed diarrhea and occassional vomiting. She does not act sick and has an appetite she drinks plenty of water. No fever abdominal distenstion how long should we let this go on

Not a single moment longer. This is not likely due to her shots, but a more common problem with Yorkies called a "liver shunt". This is life threatening, please see your vet immediately.
