I think I already explained that your kittens run a 17 to 85% chance of being deaf, depending on what their eye color turns out to be. A general rule of thumb with "line breeding" is "father to daughter NEVER mother to son, brother to sister once and your done" cute little rhyme. The reason mother to son is a no no, is because nearly 80% of the genetic material comes from the mother, so this compounds problems. Chances are if this is the only line breeding, as in the mother wasn't a line bred cat, and neither was the son, then they will probably be fine. Just because a kitten is born white doesn't mean they will stay white, many colors, such as pointed (as in Siamese type coloring) are born white, and begin to show their color at about 4 weeks of age.
