I paid and bought a property,and the person has disappear
I bought a property in 1990 in Houston,Tx. I separate from my ex wife and she move away playing the card that I was going to hurt her,she took all the money never paid taxes and I have been paying taxes since 1996 and before. she has disapear,or perhaps hiding until I die.I have the deed of the property,but I can not neither sell or insure the property,She is gone with maybe another man.Do I have any right? I have all the receive of taxes and all papers. thanks

Scense you still have her social security # you should be able to find her get a pi to track it have you got a divorce yet if you dont get the property deeded to you by the court as long as you showed you tried to locate her you have been abandoned and you have all recipts on property [just an opinion i have no legal background]
