When the bush tax cuts end, will the marriage penalty tax be back
Can you tell me if the repeal of the marriage penalty tax which was part of the Bush tax cuts will be back if the tax cuts are repealed. Who does this effect, my knowledge of it is only couples who make over $68.000 a year each.

Referred me to a link. I thought that the tax applied to only couples who made over $68,000 each. I discovered that when it is reinstated, it will apply to only those who make over $250.000 a year. Thanks for your response. Great place for answers.
