I have also worked in admin for many years and have also worked in recruitment for 5 years and can give good advice on this.

Experience: I can't say that I have a degree in the above topics, but I have experienced a lot in life and have learned from this, and it has made me a better person and a stronger person.

I think the best advice you can get is from someone who has been through similar experiences than yourself. I feel that I can empathise with people, as this is one of the most important things you must be able to do when giving someone advice. You can't advise people on what you don't know and I'd like to think that from my own life experiences, I can give someone good advice to people, having gone through similar things myself.
