I have had a pain in my neck for a few months. it feels as if i have slept wrong but i can move my neck left and right. it is painful to tilt my head back and bring it back up.

One side feels bruised from the inside.. all around the lung.. especially my back.. ribs, etc.. Hurts to breathe deep, bend over to lift kids, etc... No trauma, did not fall.. nor bump into anything... Could this...
