In most states they can come in to preform general prevetive maintance, however, it also depends on your lease you signed and what it states about management entering your home.

Property Manager entered home with out giving 24 hour notice
We had already been living in the house 2-3 weeks. Property manager stopped by to drop off some extra house keys. My youngest daughter was home ( 12 yrs ) alone she knows not to answer the door. He knocked and rang the doorbell and nobody answered, so he came in anyway. He came into the kitchen and set the keys on the counter and then went downstairs to the bathroom to run water in the shower and flush the toilet to see if the water wast going down due to another complaint about the sewer backing up. Do I have any rights for him entering the house with out prior permission.
