Can I get clear title with a quiet title action -quit claim

I foreclosed on a property and got clear title. There is a first and second lien on the property (both held by the same entity) but the mortgage holder for these two liens is another individual who has filed bankruptcy. These lien holders did not request relief from automatic stay in the bankruptcy and their mortgage debt may be discharged through the bankruptcy. Can I clear the title of these liens since I have legal title and am not the person on the mortgage, and have no connection to the person with the mortgage other than my foreclosure action due to default and fraud.
