Do I have partnership in property that does not have my name on it?Just my husbands name

Property is only in husbands name, he says I have no right to say who is allowed on the property, Is this correct?

No, as a spouse you have rights as well. As a spouse the primary residence will under the family law act still belong to you (usually 50/50)
Even when wanting to sell the home your husband would sign the listing agreement as the seller but you as the spouse would have to sign under the section "spousal consent" he cannot sell the home without you signing unless there is a court order and even then you would have to sign the listings agreement by court order.
