Holder of contract contacting buyers
I attempted to sell a piece of property that i had purchased on a real estate contract. I was in default and was paying the minimum payment while i tried to sell the property. The owner of the note and mortgage told potential buyers not to deal with me because he would be getting the property back any day and for them to wait. I ended up giving the property back and he sold it to one of the people i was speaking to about it. Something doesn't seem right here. Any ideas?
