House doesn't have my name on it

My husband passed away in February. His divorce became final in 2001 and the house was given to him in the divorce. He never changed the names on the title of the house and it is listed in both he and his wife's name. I have lived in this home since 1998 and for 4 years was the sole provider. I cannot find his divorce papers. What is my responsibility or what are my options?
