How do I get my name put on property doc. of deceased Aunt that left no will?

Aunt passed in '91, no children, no will. My mother continued to pay property taxes until she passed away in '03. She left a will ,but it does not address this particular property. I have paid the property taxes for '04,'05, and '06. Question, how do I go about getting the properyt put in my name? Propery is in Tucson Ariz.

Now thats going to be a little issue. the property will have to go through interstate seccion which is probate court. google the process and contact an lawyer
