How do we update mls with a change to our listing?

We signed our home with a broker whom assigned an agent to us to sell our home. The new agent was not performing her duties as an agent and we asked to be released from the contract which she did with a change of status form. The broker was angry with her decision and refuses to update mls with the change. We want to list with another agent and sell our home. can we send the document to mls to make the change?
