I have an oral lease agreement and am being evicted

I have an oral lease agreement. to move into my house it was $350 first and last months rent. I didnt have $700 so the landlord agreed to let me pay it out weekly until it was paid. On the day of the last payment the landlord said I had to keep paying $125wk for the entire month of June and denied the rent ever being $350. He said the rent was now $500 mo. I threw a fit and told him if I had to pay $500mo rent he would fix the plumbing and have the house exterminated for cockroaches. the next week I withheld a payment until I could get something in writing. He showed up 6/27 with a piece of paper saying I had to pay $125wk til 7/17 and then I had to move. when I asked him why he said he didnt like my attitude about the repairs which he said I had to do at my expense. he will not give me a lease agreement and insists I vacate by 7/17. being an MHMR patient do I have any additional rights. Do I have to move since my rent is current?

Oh boy! I did not even read the entire thing. Numero Uno mistake ORAL AGREEMENT! Do not make an oral agreement for ANYTHING and if you pay cash for something...get a receipt. You may not have a leg to stand on.
