If a person gets property in a divorce agreement and later the other party refuses to sign a quick claim deed, who has rights to the property

During a divorce settlement property was not quit claimed and theother party refuse to sign, who has right s to the property.

Me and my fiance purchased a car and motorcylce for me and we financed it in her name we got a statement notorized saying that i will be in possesion of both until paid off and the titles will be transferd over to me we just recent seperated would that be good to use in court
