He used to only have one pointed at our front porch and when we asked him about it he shrugged and walked away, a few weeks later we noticed that he turned the other two facing them directly at our windows we are the house next to him not across so the only thing he is monitoring would be our windows or the side of our house and our front porch. He has none facing his front or back yards and he has none facing his doorway or ony other part of the property just the three facing our house
If they are just looking into your windows call and complain to the police if he's unwilling to move them. It's a shame to have to get into it with your neighbors but it sounds like he's either watching through your windows or wants to know when you're home or out. Either way it sounds like he's invading your privacy. The police will probably know who to refer you to if they can't help you.
Sounds like a high tech peeping tom.
If you feel that this is what he is doing, and it certainly does sound that way, call your local police and have a disscussion about what your state video survelance laws are and how you can go about finding out what he is is viewing/recording... he could be hoping to tape some free amature porn to upload. Certainly creepy to think about.
Have you considered painting the back of your window shade with the words " I don't appreciate my pervert neighbor's security camera"?
We did end up calling the police and were told they can do nothing, he has since turned then towards another neighbors house. So for the time being we are left alone.
Glad he moved them, for now.
Did you tell the other neighbor about the issue?
As long as he is not on your property he can face them anywhere he wants. You should get mirrored solar shade so he cant peak in. Check out this article on window privacy:
