Reverse quit claim

I quit claimed deed my house, locate in hallandale florida, and after several months he quit claimed to someone else. Year later no payments have been made. I received a foreclosure letter in july 2008. How can I have the deed back and all money own from the new owner?

You can't without their willingness.
A quitclaim removes ALL your rights to the land. but NOT your liability.
Never quitclaim a property you are legally linked to.
If it goes into forclosure and your name is still on the note, You will be liable. Your credit will be hurt.
