Rights of parties named in an heirship, 2 deeds, 7 children WV

My mom deeded a 7 and a half acre portion of property into 2 separate deeds in WV one includes the home and 1 acre with a small amount of frontage, which is now uninhabitable, the other is the remaining 6 and a half acres. I resided in the home as i had moved there with my 2 kids to care for my Mom when she became terminal, then passed away in 2000. I moved out for 2 years, then had need to move in when I became disabled in 2003. I paid taxes on both portions, including back taxes, until my older sister who was named Executrix decided with the other 6 to divide the tax liability by 7. I was interested in purchasing the 1 acre, but the other 6 disagreed to sell it separate from the remainder. My uncle also owns the adjoining 7 and a half acres, and there has been mention of selling it all together. Although I did not pay rent, i paid taxes, a water tap fee, and a sewer tap fee. Since the decision to split the costs, i have been billed for my 7th but have not paid as I had paid all the other charges. Can my siblings force a sale of the property against my wishes. I have since partially moved out of WV, and tempers are flaring as my siblings are threatening to "clean up" and remove my remaining belongings including 2 vehicles. I am physically unable to stop them at this point, is there legal recourse for me as I still have electricity in my name, and on at the residence for dusk to dawn lights for security?

I recently lost my mother so I too am deal with my siblings regarding estate division…

Unfortunately, if the property in question was not given to you specifically in the will, all the in-line heirs have an equal share and/or vote in its sale – and majority rules. Look at the positive… you did live there for limited moneys out of pocket. Best Wishes!
