Tenant at will
I have a lease but pay the rent late. since I have lived in this apartment the landlord calls me about 10 time and hour on the 1st to collect the rent or send me e-mails.
I committed sucide 2 weeks ago and now my landlord wants me to leave at the end of the month. I am still seeing the doctor and under doctor's care.
I still have not found a place and I am willing to pay him his rent.
I have a tentant at will lease and leave in Boston, Ma.
Please advise.
