Transfer property to a new owner

I have a small piece of property I want to transfer to some one else. What form would I use to get this done myself?

You can use a general Warranty Deed, Quit Claim Deed. For general transfer a Warranty Deed would be best. Although, it probabl would be best to use an attorney as there are realty transfer taxes involved. If you don't use an attorney, call your local County Clerk's office to ask the fee for realty transfer taxes. Also, make certain the deed is notarized and dated,
