Verbal agreement on real estate?

I had a verbal agreement with the owner of a house. we sat down with the real estate agent and agreed on everything which was that we would have her sec deposit the first week of feb but we will shoot for the 1ST i didnt have the money on the 1ST and she called this morning and changed her mine. the gas and eletric is in my name and i was going to have applianced delivered also. we shook hands and she gave me a hung and they took the sign out of the yard and said that we have the house. since we have a verbal agreement can she still just change her mind. she was also harassing me at work calling me three times a day and calling family members of mine. can i take her to court for this?
