We are purchasing land

We are in the process of purchasing land in Chitre Panama. We were told we have to go to a Panamanian Consulate to have these documents validated and witness since my wife is a Panamanian citizen who became a U S Citizen. She still has her Cedula which expired in 1988 the lawyer in Panama Lcdo Herrera 011 (507) 6430-5444 has a real estate agent working with him. They informed us it would be easier to have the deed placed in her name since we will both be going to Panama in October then we can have it transferred into both of our names. What I am trying to find out is if this is the case do we need to make an appoint ment with you, how much is the cost, and since we will be flying from Deltona Fl (Central Florida) we will need direction. Please give us advice I appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.
