What are my rights on a house that was quick deeded with out my knowledge
My mother in law quick deeded a house that I had purchased before I married her son. She brought the papers into work and said they had to be back in 30 minutes never saying what they were and beings I was at work I didn't have time to sit and read them or she didn't have the time to let me read them. This was done with out my knowledge of what she was doing. Where do I stand in this matter I am looking at divorcing her son and the loan on the house that she quick deeded is still in my maiden name
