What should I do?

Me and my boyfriend have been living together for about 7month in april my boyfriend surprised me with a nice condo for us to live in he had signed a lease, only his name was on lease but landlord knew we would both be residing there,. Over the past few months I became aware that my boyfriend was not paying rent on time.About 2 weeks ago he went to another local city and has stayed there most of the time, only been home a couple of days. Our relationship has been rocky for the past month or two, I called the landlord last week to see if rent was paid and was informed that my boyfriend was almost 3 months behind. On Monday of this week the landlord told me they had a buyer coming to look at home and since as of this coming friday my boyfriend will be 3 mnths behind and had signed some kind of amendment waver that he could be evected without any rights. Today the landlord showed up here unanonced and informed me that cleaner and painter are coming in on wed. today! and I must vacate property by 10 am. Do I have any rights or do I have to leave as they are saying?
