Will this protect my home from being sold to pay the debt
2 years ago i had a rental home and the people renting the house got behind on there rent so the house was foreclosed on i had a 2nd mortage that i couldn't pay so now there going to carry me to court.if i do a quit claims deed to my daughter will this protect me from losing my home
