I think your best option instead of looking at a hallmark, is look at a boutique. They often work with individuals and small companies for most of their merchandise and would have a personal contact with the manufacturers. They should probably be able to get you in touch with the right person.

Are there any craft vendors that hire people to finish their products for market?
Years ago, I use to know vendors that worked for Hallmark that hired people to finish her crafts for her to sell at store. How does a person find jobs like that to do at their home and send back to vendor?
